We don’t diagnose
We don’t say you’re flaring. We don’t advise changing medications. We don’t label lab results “normal” or “out of range”. It’s material from your logs for a conversation with your doctor.
Chronicos IBD
A system for Crohn’s & UC
Chronicos IBD is a Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis diary. You log symptoms, meals, and meds, then make a PDF from your history before a gastroenterologist visit. The app does not diagnose.
Health data stays on your phone. iPhone and Android. This is not medical advice.
The problem
Chronicos IBD brings it together so before a visit you can see what the last weeks looked like. We are not a medical device.
How you log
With Crohn’s and UC, pain rarely hits the moment you finish eating.
Describe what was on the plate and tag traits (e.g. dairy, fatty). No calorie counting. You can also mark that you suspect that meal.
One entry for the whole day: pain, energy, stool, blood, urgency. Usually in the evening, but you can log earlier.
The app shows which meal traits show up more often with higher pain — including a day or two later. That’s a diary observation to discuss with your doctor.
Signal
This is where your day starts: a week summary and one main button for what to log next. From here you also open Analysis, nearby toilets, or another meal.
PDF report
Pick a period (e.g. a month), review a 15-second summary, and export a PDF: average pain and energy, harder days, comparison with the previous period, CRP or calprotectin values, medication list, food observations, and questions for your doctor. Conversation material, not a medical document.
Diary
Browse days like a notebook: what was on the plate and how the day went (pain, energy, stool). At the top, a range summary shows whether things have been calmer or harder lately.
Analysis · History
In Overview: pain trend, metrics, and food observations. In History: calmer and harder periods, treatment starts, labs, and before/after windows around a medication start. Always from your logs, never as a diagnosis.
Meds
Your meds with doses and times, plus “Taken” for today. Status is “X of Y marked”, not an alarming 0%. Your list and reminders, not dosing advice or a judgment of effectiveness.
Toilets
A nearby map with access type (free, customers only, paid), distance, and one-tap navigation. Open from Signal, or use the shortcut when today’s check-in notes stronger urgency.
Data from OpenStreetMap. Chronicos does not guarantee that a specific toilet is open or available. Location is only used to find what’s nearby.
Calendar
Under More you’ll find a calendar. You can save a doctor visit, a planned lab (e.g. calprotectin), or another date such as an infusion or a colonoscopy. The nearest visit shows on Signal. Three days earlier we’ll remind you about the PDF report, and the day before a lab about the appointment itself. If you want, you can add a single event to the calendar on your phone. The app does not sync your whole phone calendar.
More from the app
The PDF report packs a period into one file for your doctor. You also get treatment history and a list of lab results. View sample PDF report.
App Store and Google Play

You keep the diary on your phone. After creating an account and consenting, you can enable sync (Supabase EU, identified data, RLS). Product analytics don’t send diary contents.
