What the app does
It organizes patient-entered logs: symptoms, meals, meds, labs, a visit PDF, a toilet map. It shows observations from your data. It does not diagnose or recommend treatment.
Where data lives
On the phone by default. EU cloud sync only after an account and consent. The privacy policy is on this site.
