1. The service
ChronicOS is a mobile app that helps people with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis organize their own records and prepare for a gastroenterologist visit. By using the app, you accept these terms.
2. We are not a medical facility
ChronicOS is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and does not recommend diets or treatment changes. Content and summaries come from your logs and are meant for conversations with your doctor.

3. Your responsibility
- medical decisions are made with your doctor,
- you are responsible for entry contents and for whom you share the PDF report with,
- you protect access to your phone (screen lock); local data is only as safe as the phone, and cloud sync is only as safe as your account.
4. Data and privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy policy. The diary works on-device; after creating an account and consenting, you can enable sync to the EU cloud (identified data, RLS). Product analytics and crash logs do not include diary contents.
5. Availability and changes
The app is provided “as is”. We may update features, terms, and the privacy policy. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the site.
